Engagement & Commercial
Models
While we remain open to flexible engagement structures, our experience has proven the following commercial models to be the most effective and reliable:
Time & Materials (Hourly Rate)
Clients are billed for the actual hours dedicated to their project. Invoices are issued periodically—typically on a monthly basis—and include detailed time breakdowns to ensure full transparency and clarity.
Retainer-Based Engagement
This model operates similarly to hourly billing but includes a predefined number of hours paid in advance. Retainers enable more predictable budgeting for clients while allowing us to offer a more competitive effective hourly rate.
Fixed-Price Engagement
Project scope, timelines, and pricing are defined upfront. This model simplifies budgeting and is best suited for projects with stable and well-defined requirements. Payments are milestone-based. Due to the risks associated with evolving specifications, this model is recommended only for select engagements.
We work within a continuous feedback loop, often integrating directly with our clients’ internal teams. Our professionals participate in the same planning sessions, stand-ups, and development cycles—ensuring alignment, speed, and shared ownership of outcomes.
Communication is maintained through the same tools our clients already use, including email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, or similar platforms. This approach provides real-time visibility into progress and ongoing activities. Regular video meetings—typically held weekly—ensure alignment and accountability.
